THE EXTERIOR

At the end of the hallway is a door which leads out onto a covered area which the Spanish call a naya, this has a further wooden table and seating for dining and comfortable chairs for relaxing, under the shade of the naya.

Naya & Patio

Situated at the end of the naya is a small kitchen comprising of a fridge, sink, storage cupboards, 2 ring gas hob and a cabinet filled with non-breakable crockery for the BBQ and pool area.

As you walk out of the naya onto a large beautiful patio there is a covered tiled area with a charcoal BBQ and further sink.

There is an abundance of exterior lighting for relaxing in the evenings around the patio and pool area.

Pool

The walled garden and secluded patio area is surrounded with the most fantastic Mediterranean plants which give off an exquisite aroma in the evenings. There is a large illuminated swimming pool with a dolphin feature tiled into the bottom. Eight sun beds for gaining that Mediterranean tan and further chairs and tables, there is also a unusual curved outside shower.

Patio

Tucked away around the corner of the naya is a rotary clothes line a necessity for drying all those wet bathing costumes.

Security on this villa is of course paramount to give you peace of mind during your stay at Villa Hermosa, there is a burglar alarm, a safe for all your valuables and an intercom system for entering the villa from the front.

Front Door

You will be met by our representatives Ian & Karen at a local easy to find café called Pan Pan Jamon Jamon, (directions will be sent prior to the holiday.) They will accompany you up to the villa, this will avoid any stress at the beginning of your holiday trying to find Villa Hermosa!  Ian & Karen will be your point of contact during your stay at the villa, they will be on site if you have any problems or queries during your stay.

An arrival hamper is included when you arrive consisting of 3 litres of water one of which will be chilled in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, 1 litre of cravendale milk, bread, butter, jam, crisps and a dip.

The arrival hamper can be upgraded e.g. to include food for lunch, BBQ and drinks. So you do not need to shop for the first few days. Details will be sent to you with receipt of the deposit.

Villa Hermosa will be cleaned weekly, if your stay is longer than a week then clean bedding, bath & beach towels will be supplied.

A further maid service is available from Karen which is 12 euros per hour or 2 hours per day for 5 days at 100 euros.
Ironing and babysitting service is also available from Karen.
These are payable direct to Karen.

Outside catering is also available from a lady called Donna Howe, I have found her food to very nice and good value for money. Ideal if you arrive late, she will cook a meal in the villa, maybe there is special occasion during your stay, or just feeling like you would like to relax in the evening at the villa. Donna also offers a freezer fill so your meals will be ready to cook straight from the freezer.

We hope that these services offered are similar to staying in a hotel but with the privacy and relaxation of your own villa.
