THE INTERIOR

As you enter through the front door on the first floor there is a kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom plus the master en-suite bedroom.

The kitchen is an open plan design leading through an archway into a dining area. The kitchen has every modern appliance available electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave dishwasher and washing machine, also provided is an ironing board and iron. The fully fitted kitchen has every cooking utensil you will need with crockery and glasses in abundance. Whilst you are using the kitchen you have magnificent views over the hillside.

The dining area has a polished wooden table and eight chairs with wonderful views over the hillside and the Mediterranean. This leads through patio doors onto a balcony with a further wooden table and eight chairs for el fresco dining, and there is a sun blind if you need shade on those hot lazydays.

The spacious lounge has a focal point of a typically Spanish fireplace. The air-conditioning in the lounge is sufficient to cool the whole of the living area upstairs.  There is plenty of seating for eight people on 2 sofas and 2 chairs with extra stools to put your feet up. There is a sky TV system giving BBC, ITV, and many more TV and radio channels, a DVD player and CD player. Also provided are books, games and jigsaws. The patio doors in the lounge lead out onto the adjoining balcony with the dining room giving you the option to relax in chairs on the balcony with a further blind for shade.

Bedroom 1 is situated on this floor, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has a centre ceiling fan. It has two large single beds, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps to give dimmed lighting for the more romantic feel. There is double wardrobe with interior hanging and shelving space, also a set of drawers with a mirror and light above.

The fully tiled en-suite to this bedroom consists of shower, toilet, basin and a bathroom cabinet for all your toiletries.

As you go downstairs via the curved tiled staircase with a wooden banister rail there is a feature floor to ceiling glass block window letting in natural light.

Leading off the hallway downstairs there is a further master bedroom with its own en-suite which is identical to the one on the first floor. There are two further spacious bedrooms with large single twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes also with hanging and shelving space. There are wall mounted mirrors in these rooms with a shelf and power point below, and lights above. These bedrooms are also air-conditioned with centre ceiling fans.

The fully tiled family bathroom is situated on this floor with a bath and separate shower, basin, bathroom cabinet and toilet.
