Villa Hermosa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Benimeit Moraira. The villa was built in 2004 and was planned to take full advantage of its commanding position on the hillside with fantastic views of moraira and the beautiful sparkling Mediterranean.
Villa Hermosa is set back off the quiet road of Benicarlo behind double locked gates where there is a parking area for two cars. Although the front door of the villa is quietly unassuming it hides a surprise when you walk through into the hall, as the villa unfolds into superbly planned house. Villa Hermosa’s living area and bedrooms are all air-conditioned and for the cooler months the villa has total under floor heating.
A car is beneficial to take full advantage of the surrounding area. The supermarkets are a short drive away, with an excellent bakery which bakes it own croissants, pastries and bread in the mornings. The town of Moraira is 2 km from Villa Hermosa and for the fit guests a 40 minute walk, taxis are available at around 7 euros for the journey to and from Moraira.
